This is what happened to me after i had an accident in kickboxing on sunday i had only been doing class for 10 mins but i still had some of my cold i shopuld of known better i wasnt 100% i should of sat out but i didnt want to i guess i paying for it now. This was in the hspital about an hour and a half later and this is on tuesday
here are the last photo i have taken today as you can see the brusing is coming out more and more and it hurts a lot!! but thankls to my two wonderful sons and hubby i am being well taken care of :-)
