I did some more :-)
WOOOOHOOOO now my body has fully recovered from the last time i tried to exercise i can happily say i did an hours game time so only acually dancing of dnce central buring over 300 calories along with 30 sit ups , 30 bum thrusts and 30 leg raises and this time it just felt good :-) Im deffo gonna need to do this more than once a week to get back into it :-) xxx
