Don't you just had getting out of bed the day after you take down your decorations? You know you are going to go downstairs and Christmas is gone for at least 10/11 months?? With almost everyone back at work today it just seemed the best thing to do. Not that I had much time off over Christmas to enjoy them!!! I'm dreading my shift this evening since I've fought this flu thing hubby and the kids have had but I guess it has to be done!!!
I still miss you so much, can't believe how long it's been already. We still talk about you all the time especially when we see bubbles and remember how bonkers they made you, or see a bee and remember how you used to eat them!!! When it rains and you refused to go out!! How grumpy you where when you got told off :-) there are so many stories we remember. Love you always Budd xxxxx
The last few years have had their ups and downs with many losses and heartbreaks but also many smiles and giggles. I'm not planing on suggesting this year is going to be any better or worse than any other year, all we can do us try to make the best of it we can xx
Here is my first Halloween project of this year, created for a Halloween exchange on one of my stitching groups on Facebook. It's a sandman originals project.
My latest project is my sandman originals I love the beach and thought this was the perfect project to put on my newly dyed fabric. It was even choosen as project of the week on cross stitcher magazine on their Facebook page sooooo happy about that!!!!
I love my website Jensen, and when hubby bought me this for my birthday I knew it would be the next project I had to complete :-) I had never done a project with wool before but I love the soft finish and how amazing it makes the project look like it's jumping out from the fabric I'd definitely do another project using the fibre again.
I'm so lucky I have such an amazing family, yes we have out ups and downs but at least this year I was spoilt!! These are a gift from my wonderful husband from our furbabies :-)
Here is my latest project straight off the hoop, I've wanted this from the moment I seen it having two sons myself I can very much relate to it!!!I had it for my birthday and I hand dyed and glittered the fabric myself and I love the finished effect!!!
Here is my first finish of 2015 I bought it at a craft fair in Cardiff a few years ago and I've picked it up a few times and looked at it but never really fancied doing it as it was printed but here it is all done, still not sure how I feel about it.
